“ I was visiting the woodlands today with a friend. We stopped in for lunch. I informed the young man serving us today that I have celiac disease. Without a beat, he took his gloves off, went over and washed his hands, and put fresh gloves on and proceeded to serve me all the way down the line so that no one else touched my food. He also made sure to look over the list to make sure that I didn’t get any food that contained gluten. This young man needs a raise! ”
